  • Thank you for shopping at Duis ("Duis," "we," "us," or "our"). We want you to be com­pletely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for re­turns and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a return or ex­change. By purchasing from Duis, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1.Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Record the Unboxing Video for Proof that you received a damaged product

1.2 Non-Customized Products

We accept returns and exchanges for non-customized products within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in its origi­nal condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

1.3 Custom Printed T-shirts

Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed T-shirts, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you believe your custom-printed T-shirt is defective or damaged, please follow the instruc­tions in Section 2 below.

2.Defective or Damaged Products

2.1 Inspection upon Receipt

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the products carefully. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide us with detailed information and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

2.2 Return Authorization

If your custom-printed T-shirt is deemed defective or damaged, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Please do not return any items without obtaining prior authorization from Duis Clothing.

2.3 Replacement or Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate. If a replacement is requested and available, we will send you a new item with the same design and specifications. If a replacement is not available or you prefer a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method in 5 business days.

3.Return and Exchange Process

3.2 Return Shipping

If you are eligible for a return or exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable ship­ ping service to ensure the safe return of your package. Shipping costs are non-refund­ able unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

3.3 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow us up to 5 business days to process your return or exchange. We will notify you via email once the process is complete.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt:

  • Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales

  • Items that have been personalized, customized, or altered in any way by the customer

  • Items that do not have any physical damage

  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
